Al Rabie Poultry is an Egyptian Joint Stock company, established in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law No. 230 of 1989 and enrolled in the commercial register in 1996.
The purpose of the company is breeding chicken parents meat for the production of hatching eggs and chicks enriched fattening one day old, and set up a plant for the production of poultry feed of all types to serve the Company and its sister company.
The company also farms its owned lands that surround the production units.
The financial statements are prepared according to Egyptian Accounting Standards and effective laws and regulations and are displayed in Egyptian Pound, representing the functional currency of the company.
The Company's Authorized Capital: 25 Million Egyptian Pounds.
The company’s farms are located in El Faregh Valley – Cairo Alexandria Desert Road.
AMIC owns up to 38.2 % of EL RABIE POULTRY.
