Investment Analyst

Role & Responsibility:
  • Analysis of budgets/business plans of portfolio companies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills are required.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a M&A department, Private equity fund, Direct Investments, Investment Banking or corporate finance department.

Senior Investment Analyst

Role & Responsibility:

  • Support senior team members in due diligence process.
  • Preparation of presentations/executive summaries for internal investment committees and boards, presentations/teasers/information memoranda/term sheets for outside users
Qualifications:
  • Degree in finance/economics from reputable university.
  • Additional studies (MBA, Msc, CFA…etc) is advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills are required.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a M&A department, Private equity fund, Direct Investments, Investment Banking or corporate finance department.
  • Previous position of analyst in reputable private equity fund, or investment; or corporate finance department.
  • Track record of M&A projects in which technical and personal skills at analyst level were required.
  • Thorough understanding of the private equity industry is a must.

Investment Associate

Role & Responsibility:
  • Responsible for investment analysis on new transactions.
  • Responsible for the critical review of valuation reports and models prepared by (Analysts/Senior Analysts).
  • Drafting Investment Committee proposals and preparing presentations for new investments and investment updates.
  • Preparation of periodical portfolio reviews.
  • Review of deal documentation.
  • Active involvement in monitoring performance of investee companies and in contributing towards resolving problematic situation in investee companies.
  • Review of transaction documentation and investee company information.
  • Review Financial models, valuation analysis and due diligence reports.
  • Evaluate potential investments, including but not limited to conducting commercial due diligence, performing financial modeling and helping in set pre-investment strategy.
  • Support in deal negotiation and execution.
  • Support in post-investment performance management of target companies.
Qualifications:

Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position involves interaction at all levels within the organization and access to sensitive and confidential information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.

MAIN DUTIES:
  • Manage COO communications, calendar, meeting schedule, and travel to maximize effective use of time
  • Draft original and routine correspondence for COO’s signature
  • Manage deliverables to the COO and provide any necessary reporting
  • Create and edit presentations, documents and reports for the COO as required
  • Lead or participate on project teams related to a range of operational matters
  • Plan, prepare materials for, and help lead bi-weekly Administrative Management Team meetings
  • Support the COO’s participation in staff meetings, departmental meetings, Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings, and Board of Directors meetings; take notes and follow up action items related to such meetings
  • Ensure confidentiality at all times (this position will have access to highly confidential information)
  • Provide back-up support to the COO and his team.
  • Other duties and/or ad-hoc assistance as assigned by the COO

QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Relevant Degree from reputable university 
  •  3-5 years experience providing administrative support to executive level. 
  •  3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (2007/2010) and MS Outlook
SKILLS:
  • Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability and flexibility to handle new tasks and shifting deadlines; and effective multi-tasking abilities 
  •  Must have excellent editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, and outstanding communication skills, orally and in writing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondences and other communications quickly with minimum direction.
